LOKERPEKANBARU-Lowongan kerja Miss Glam Pekanbaru Juli 2021. Saat ini Miss Glam Pekanbaru sedang membutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk posisi :
Posisi :
1. STORE LEADER
Work Placement: Pekanbaru City
Candidate will responsible and overseeing daily operation of the store, optimizing the productivity of all resources and ensuring everything run smoothly and effectively
Requirements:
- Male, max. 30 years old
- At least 3 years working experience as supervisor (in beauty retail industry will be an advantage)
- Having strong leadership skills and customer managerment
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Multitasking and strong willing
2. HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
Work Placement: Pekanbaru City
Candidate will be responsible on operating and overseeing all resources under a designated department, ensuring everything run smoothly and effectively
Job Descriptions:
- Optimizes sales and profits by ensuring that store is stocked with the right products in the right quantities
- Coaching, training and monitoring all beauty advisor and staff department towards all target
- Initiates sales based on product performance and analysis to maximize revenue
- Updates new product trends and makes a proporsal to add them into product assortment
- Makes productivity report regularly
Requirements:
- Female, max. 26 years old
- Posses at least a Diploma (D3) of any major
- At least 1 year experience as supervisor in beauty or personal care industries
- Have a good understanding of beauty areas
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Computer literate especially in Ms. Office
3. DEPARTMENT STAFF
Work Placement: Pekanbaru City
Candidate will be responsible on operating and overseeing all product under a designated department, supervised directly by the head of department
Job Descriptions:
- Assists in forwading, dusting and refilling all product
- Maintains all product display according to the planogram and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned area
- Secures all store merchandise from shoplifting and damages
- Updates price tags of all product regularly
- Assigns promotion tag to designated product periodically
- Attends to all customer queries an needs
Requirements:
- Female, max. 23 years old
- Min. height 158 cm
- At leasst High School Graduate (SMA/ Sederajat)
- Having experience minimum 1 year will be an advantage
- Deep interest on beauty
