💼 Posisi : 

🔎 Kualifikasi Cashier GRO :

✅ Minimum education : High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

✅ Experience in customer service or restaurant industry (prefered)

✅ Excellent communication skills

✅ Detail-oriented

✅ Familiar with pos (point of sale) system and other payment tools

✅ Willing to work in shifts

✅ Demonstrates a good attitude and professionalism

🔎 Kualifikasi Waiter/Waitress :

✅ Female/Male

✅ Minimum high school diploma (hospitality background is preferred)

✅ Training certificates in hospitality are a plus

✅ Work experience as a waiter/waitress is usually preferred, but fresh ✅ Graduates are welcome

✅ Good commnunication skills

✅ Will-behaved and polite

✅ Basic knowledge of the menu and teble manner

✅ Willing to work in shifts, including weekend and holiday

🔎 Kualifikasi Marketing & Activation Manager :

✅ Work and lead with soul, speed dan structure

✅ Design & execute activation strategies to life every week

✅ Collaborate closely with our marketing team & our creative agency to drive meanungful crowd engagementand profitable event

✅ Build partnerships & spot market opportunities that align with local pantry's unique identity

✅ Boost brand visibility and customer traffic

✅ Abalyze marketing performance & adjust strategies

✅ Think fast, move smart, and solve problems independently

✅ Exellent commnunication, partnership, and collaboration skills

✅ A strong social presece & ability to build network with gusests, community and brands

🔎 Kualifikasi Cost Accountant :

✅ Minimal S1 akuntansi, manajemen keuangan, atau jurusan terkait

✅ Memahami akuntansi biaya (cost accounting) dan akuntansi manajement

✅ Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai cost accountant, cost crontrol, atau finance staff di industri F&B, restoran, hotel, atau manufaktur makanan

✅ Menguasai analisis HPP (harga pokok penjualan), food cost, beverage cost

✅ Paham sistem inventory (stok bahan baku, wate, spoilage, dan portion control

✅ Dapat membuat dan menganlisis cost report/variance report

✅ Mahir menggunakan ms excel, dan software akuntansi (misal : accurate,SAP, atau oracle)

✅ Memahami standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK) dan produr audit internal

✅ Mampu melakukan rekonsiliasi stok vs pembelian vs penualan

Teliti, disiplin dan memiliki kemampuan analisis kuat

Mampu bekerja sama dengan semua departemen

Sertifikat brevert A & B, atau sertifikat manajement keuangan menajdi nilai plus
