Posisi : Cinema Supervisor – Pekanbaru

Job Description :

• Responsible for Cinema operational activities to achieve the guest satisfaction and revenue targets
• Coordinate with related departement to ensure operational supporting activities runs smoothly
• Ensuring every area of is well maintained and well cleaned on regular basis regarding to the regulations
• Coordinate and execute ongoing promotions/events
• Maintaining the expenses (electricity, utilities, labor, etc) to ensure the Cinema’s profitability meets the target/budget

Qualification and Skills :

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Supervisor in the F&B/Retail/Restaurant
• Dynamic and go-getter mindset
• Basic knowledge on Profit and Lose and how to improve the profitability
• Focus on Guest Satisfaction
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru
