Whello is a Digital Marketing Agency from Amsterdam. As a growing company in Pekanbaru, we are seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects.⠀

Project Coordinator Responsibilities :⠀
⠀
-Maintaining and monitoring project plans & project schedules⠀
-Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.⠀
-Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.⠀
-Ensuring project deadlines are met.⠀
-Determining project changes.⠀
-Providing administrative support as needed.⠀
-Undertaking project tasks as required.⠀
-Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.⠀
-Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.⠀

requirements:⠀
⠀
-At least Bachelor degree, Master degree is a plus⠀
-Two years experience in IT projects / website projects⠀
-Competent in using web tools such as Trello, Active Collab, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive⠀
-Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills (Both in Bahasa & English)⠀
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.⠀
-Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.⠀
-Good knowledge of websites projects/ IT projects, Wordpress’s knowledge is a plus⠀
-Knowledge file management, and other administrative procedures.⠀
-Ability to work on tight deadlines.⠀
