CHIEF SECURITY

Qualification :

Retired police or dismissed respectfully

Have high dedication and loyalty

Has strong leadership

Able to design and develop security program based on stipulations/regulations of indonesian police to be applied in indopalm

Computer literate

Able to communication in english preferable

Responsibility :

To arrange and perform countinous program for the level of security

Guards, security administrator, and shift leaders

To control and check the security and safety of all company assets

Integrating word safety & health into all aspect of the work place

Comply with relevant work safety and health regulation

To monitor the incoming and outgoing truck tanker while going through the weighbridge activity

To monitor the unloading activity and sample taking at the thank farm area

To monitor the duties of security gurds in patrolling

To prepare the investigation report if any abnormal thinghs happen or incident of crime

To cordinate with concerned in handling the investigation regarding with abnormal things happened

Fully authorized to keep the truck away from entrance gate if it is found abnormal unless getting approval from top management

Fully authorized to catch the employees if he/she found carrying out the crime (guilty)

To improve the discipline for all security guards and training skill security every month

Perform any tasks assigned by general manager

Work Location : Dumai, Riau
